I recall how badly it poured
last year on the day we set out to find our perfect pumpkin. This year the weather wasn't wet, but it was definitely colder as we left for the pumpkin patch. This time Evan contributed by pushing the wheelbarrow while the girls ran ahead to look at their choices for the perfect jack-o-lantern.

We decided on this plump pumpkin, which Alicia guarded while Vanessa guided Evan through the maze of pumpkins to pick it up. The kids can't wait to carve it with Daddy. Evan is already creating sketches of the scariest faces he can come up with, and the rest of us will vote on which one becomes our pumpkin's.
Halloween, here we come!

Awesome pics Holly, looks like lots of fun! Halloween here consisted of snow and freezing rain but that never puts a damper on my kids spirits! Hope all is going well in the new house.
