Our dude made us proud at his first competitive piano recital last week. While he has played on stage before, this was his first foray into an actual piano competition. His recital piece was called The Magic Man, and he rehearsed it repeatedly, memorized it and was ready on recital day.
He looked so tiny on stage with that huge grand piano, but he seemed confident and he played very well. Once all was said and done, he won the bronze medal! He was happy to have Nan and Ray, as well as Tessa, Nick, Sierra and Kristian present to watch his winning performance.Way to go, Evan!
